Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges


We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but understand if you need to return or exchange it.  We offer free returns as long as the item is:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery for full price items and 14 days for sale items.
  • Is unworn except for trying on
  • Has the label attached
  • You have proof of purchase

    For UK Customers, please contact us at hello@patersonandhill.co.uk and we will send you a freepost returns label which you can use on the original delivery packaging to return your item. Please fill out the form indicating if it is a return or an exchange and use the post office to obtain a proof of postage.

We don’t currently offer free returns for international customers. Please return the item to us with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.  We cannot replace packages lost during return without a tracking record. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If you are seeking a refund and the item meets the above standards, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We aim to do this within 2 weeks.
